TMX, Asia-Pacific’s leading business transformation consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stefanie Frawley, former National Director, Occupier Services at Colliers International, as a Director of Property to lead the firm’s new Portfolio Management services.
This senior move in the industry will significantly strengthen TMX’s property division and complete its full end-to-end property advisory services, with clients benefitting from services in business case development, procurement and now portfolio management.
Frawley will work alongside Justin Fried, Executive Director of Property at TMX and recent recruit Michael Simpson, Property Portfolio Consultant, from Mirvac to manage the significant property portfolios of TMX’s major clients.

Frawley brings over 20 years of industrial property experience for occupiers to TMX. She has managed large property portfolios for major national and global businesses, including CEVA Logistics, One Steel, Orora, Amcor, Opal and Cummins.
