TMX, Asia-Pacific’s leading business transformation consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Smith, former Senior Director Logistics & Industrial at JLL, as a Director of Property in New Zealand.
This senior move in the industry will establish TMX’s property division in New Zealand and complete the firm’s full end-to-end integrated consulting services in supply chain, property and construction project management.
Sam will work alongside Caleb Nicolson, General Manager of NZ and Justin Fried, Executive Director of Property to deliver on TMX’s strategy to design and deliver world-class supply chain transformations for businesses across New Zealand.

Sam has held various senior roles with global real estate firm JLL and brings over 14 years of experience in New Zealand’s industrial property market to TMX. Sam was most recently Senior Director of Industrial & Logistics at JLL and prior to that he held the role of Head of Industrial NZ.
Sam has negotiated and transacted some of the largest deals across New Zealand with a variety of major global organisations in a cross-sector of industries.
