Major property moves strengthen TMX’s national market presence

TMX, Asia-Pacific’s leading specialist in supply chain and property, is pleased to announce two major appointments to its rapidly growing property division. Matthew Frazer-Ryan, former National Director Industrial at Colliers, and Danny Green, former National Director in Industrial Occupier Services at Colliers, are joining TMX as Director and Senior Consultant respectively. These senior moves will significantly strengthen TMX’s national service offering.

Frazer-Ryan and Green will work alongside Justin Fried, Executive Director of Property at TMX, and senior leadership to deliver on TMX’s strategy to design and deliver world-class supply chain transformations for businesses across the Asia-Pacific region.

Fried is thrilled to be welcoming operators of this high calibre with national market reach to the business.

“The additions of Matthew Frazer-Ryan and Danny Green to TMX significantly bolster our national service offering. Matthew’s expertise in Queensland’s industrial property market and Danny’s experience working with industrial occupiers nationally complements our existing capabilities and completes our presence in major eastern seaboard markets,” says Fried.

Frazer-Ryan brings over 23 years of experience in the industrial property market to TMX and specialises in Brisbane’s industrial market having completed some of the most prominent sales and leasing transactions within Brisbane.

I’m excited to bring my expertise to this integrated approach which provides occupiers an unparalleled solution that enhances their business’ competitive edge,” says Frazer-Ryan.

Green brings a wealth of knowledge in industrial occupier advisory to TMX and will be assisting TMX’s clients with their requirements in Victoria and across Australia.
