ACFS' needs:
- Approaching lease expiry in Victoria on a stand-alone 3PL warehouse.

The TMX difference
- Preparation of all concept designs via TMX’s internal architects.
- Detailed design specifications was prepared inclusive of specific design elements relating to the 125 t rated container pavement and 100 t front axle load reach stacker.
- Specifications also included a flexible racked solution to seven pallets in height to allow for changing storage requirements.
