ACFS' needs:
- Approaching lease expiry in Victoria on a stand-alone 3PL warehouse.
- ACFS wanted to expand their 3PL footprint whilst also combining that with a container logistics operation in Melbourne’s core western market.

- This operation had to consider ACFS significant footprint at the port of Melbourne and be complimentary in design and location.

The TMX difference
- Preparation of all concept designs via TMX’s internal architects.
- Detailed design specifications was prepared inclusive of specific design elements relating to the 125 t rated container pavement and 100 t front axle load reach stacker.
- Specifications also included a flexible racked solution to seven pallets in height to allow for changing storage requirements.
- TMX ran a thorough procurement process to select the best site and developer for the requirement.
- TMX ran the racking tender on behalf of the client, including advice on slotting and layouts.
